Kronk Boxing
e-commerce strategy & storefront redesign

Kronk Boxing is an iconic Detroit brand with a fiercely loyal global following. They needed a storefront that could honor the grit and legacy of their name while enabling modern e-commerce capabilities — including international shipping, mobile responsiveness, and back-end efficiency.
I led the redesign and relaunch of their Shopify store from the ground up. This included creating custom assets to reflect their bold, minimalist brand, managing a complete inventory restructure, and building a mobile-first shopping experience. I also implemented international shipping logic and trained staff on day-to-day fulfillment and content updates.

Perrin Sportswear Intranet

With over 350 factory employees across multiple shifts — many without email access — Perrin Sportswear needed a better way to share internal news, updates, and resources. I led the initiative to design and build a custom mobile-first intranet that would engage employees regardless of their digital fluency.
I conducted employee surveys, mapped content needs, created a flexible site structure, and built a clean, intuitive WordPress portal that’s accessible and easy to update. I also worked with HR and management to develop a content rollout plan and launch strategy.
Results:
- 90% employee adoption in the first month
- Streamlined internal communications across departments
- Positive feedback from both employees and leadership

Perrin Branded Merch

To streamline internal apparel ordering and create a new revenue stream, I implemented a full-scale integration of InkSoft software at Perrin Sportswear. This included designing branded storefronts, creating product templates, and building scalable systems for department-level inventory management.
I worked cross-functionally with sales, production, and admin teams to ensure adoption and clarity. From initial setup to launch, I owned the full implementation, training staff, troubleshooting early issues, and optimizing workflows post-launch.
Results:
- Successful rollout of department-specific stores
- Automated order management and inventory workflows
- Created a new source of recurring revenue for the company

Vacationland
brand overhaul & dual-site experience
Role: Creative Director, Web Developer, Photo/Video Director
Tools: Shopify (DTC), October CMS (Wholesale), Photoshop, Illustrator
Vacationland needed a full brand refresh ahead of its product launch. I led the creative direction and executed the build of both a DTC Shopify store and a separate wholesale portal using October CMS.
From visual storytelling to backend structure, I shaped the entire digital presence, including lifestyle photo and video production, page design, inventory systems, and user flow for both customers and wholesale buyers.

New Agenda

When trade shows shut down, New Agenda needed a digital solution fast. I designed and built a private WordPress-based platform that allowed sales representatives to curate and share personalized product catalogs with clients.
This searchable, ADA-compliant platform included custom category filters, video showcases, and sharing tools to streamline the virtual sales process. I also produced demo videos to train the team and onboard users.
Results:

House to Home
website design & development

House to Home needed a website that reflected their welcoming, design-savvy brand while keeping performance and ease of use top-of-mind. I designed and developed a custom WordPress site that balances warmth with professionalism, complete with responsive layouts and optimized photography.

Savannah Bananas
e-commerce concept & site design
Role: Project Manager, Designer, Developer, Strategist

Although the site did not launch due to a licensing hold, this project demonstrates my ability to blend brand personality with e-commerce strategy. I designed and developed a playful Shopify experience for one of the most exciting brands in baseball.
This passion project features custom product collections, bold visuals, and conversion-focused UI designed to handle high traffic and merch turnover.
